This is just a brief overview of creation rules.
-Players will have 60 stones for creation.
-Players can only take up to 10 points worth of Challenges.
-Players can take as many Advantages or Disadvantages as they wish.
-Powers that will not be allowed are
Steal Superpower, Genetic Engineering, Phoenix Force, Copy Ability/Action/Modifier, Duplicate Self, and Immunity to Reality to Distortion. Magic is also on the list unless you have explicit permission.
-Certain Challenges are also banned such as Techno Organic Virus, and the Legacy Virus.
-Players may also write a background for there characters. It will be for 1-10 points. It doesn't have to be anything fancy.
